The members of the BLET UP-Southern Region would like to congratulate brother James Logan Jr. on his advancement to Vice President of the BLET National Division. After years of representing members of the UP Southern Region in many different capacities including General Chairman at the 2020 & 2024 Quadrennials, brother Logan is now tasked with the duties of Vice President for the Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers.
