BROTHERHOOD OF LOCOMOTIVE ENGINEERS AND TRAINMEN
UPSR GCA (GCA-480)
The Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers and Trainmen – Union Pacific Southern Region General Committee of Adjustment – represents locomotive engineers working in territories encompassed within Union Pacific Railroad’s Southern Region that spans over five states, which include parts of Kansas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Texas, and Louisiana.
Our Committee is comprised of 28 divisions representing 32 Local Committees of Adjustment and includes four seniority districts within the following hubs or territories:
- DFW Hub
- Longview Hub
- Houston Hub
- San Antonio Hub
Our Committee also represents members working in the non-hub territories with terminals in parts of Oklahoma, Kansas, and Arkansas.
The UPSR GCA Office is currently located in Burleson, Texas, and Brother James Logan Jr. is the General Chairman.
